The protection of your privacy and the security of your data are important to us. We handle the information we collect about you in compliance with the applicable data protection laws.

1. What is personal data?

According to the legal definition, personal data are individual details about personal or factual circumstances of an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject). By personal data we mean in particular information about your identity, such as your name, e-mail address, telephone or mobile phone number or postal address.

2. Collection of data

The app does not collect personal data. However, personal data may be collected by Google Analytics for Firebase and the Google Play In-app Reviews API. You have the option to enter your name. However, this is only stored locally on your mobile device.

3. Publication of your data

All data transmitted to us will of course be treated confidentially. A registration of the users does not take place.

4. The download from the App Store

When you download the app, the necessary information is transferred to the app store, in particular the user name, e-mail address and customer number of your account, time of download, payment information and individual device code number. However, we have no influence on this data collection and are not responsible for it. We process the data provided as far as this is necessary for downloading the app to your smartphone. They are no longer stored.

Once the app is downloaded to your smartphone, it can be used without access to the Internet.

5. Individual device identification

With the individual IMEI or UDID identification for each device, a user profile can be created that cannot be assigned to a person at the first moment, but can be assigned to a device. This makes it possible to recognize the user.

To recognize devices, the range measurement technique uses unique identifiers of the device, which are transmitted exclusively anonymously, or an anonymous signature that is created from various automatically transmitted information of your device.

6. Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics

Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics are free services for measuring user behavior in apps and to create crash reports. This application uses identifiers for mobile devices (including Android Advertising ID) and cookie-like technologies to run the Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics services.

Users can log out of certain Firebase features using the appropriate mobile device settings, such as the mobile device advertising settings, or by following the instructions in other sections of this privacy policy as appropriate.

Processing location: USA

We also use the Google Analytics for Firebase service to analyze and categorize user groups. You can find more information on this and on data protection with Google products at Google:

7. Google Play In-app Reviews API

This app uses the Google Play In-app Reviews API to enable users to write reviews for the Google Play Store within the app. The username and data entered by the user (a star rating and a review) are collected and transmitted to the Google Play Store in encrypted form. There, the review is publicly visible. Submitting a review is voluntary. Users can delete their reviews at any time using their Google account or their Google Play Store account in the Google Play Store. The use of the data by Google is described on the following website:

7. AdMob in the Android app

This app uses Google's AdMob to serve ads. As a result, AdMob uses device identifiers to personalize content and ads, provide social media features, and analyze AdMob access. This data is passed on via your device to AdMob for social media, advertising, and analysis. You have the option to opt out of the transfer of data in the app. You can also change your preference at any time in the app's privacy settings. You can view Google's privacy policy for AdMob at the following link:

8. Use of the analysis services AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, Crashlytics, and the Google Play In-app Reviews API

To use the above services, this app must have the following permissions on the mobile device:

9. Deactivation

You have the option of objecting to the transfer of analysis data. However, if you have disabled the measurement using Google Analytics for Firebase (see above), it will only be turned off on this device, not on any other devices you may be using.

10. Data security

We strive for the security of your data in the context of the applicable data protection laws. However, no electronic communication is completely secure. We would like to point out that despite high standards, information that you voluntarily transmit via the Internet can be used by others. Therefore, we cannot assume any responsibility or liability for the disclosure of information due to errors in data transmission and/or unauthorized access by third parties.

11. Changes to this privacy policy

We reserve the right to change this privacy policy at any time in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations and other statutory provisions.
